Brian began his career in public accounting after graduating from North Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985.

In the early years of his career, Brian worked for a few local CPA firms in both Gainesville and Atlanta before passing the examination for becoming Certified Financial Planner on his first attempt. He was named tax manager of a local firm in Gainesville before starting his own CPA practice in 1995. Since then, he has been very involved in the Gainesville community by serving on the boards of numerous charitable organizations. He has been the Treasurer for Choices Pregnancy Care Center since 1997. He was recently named President of the Board of Trustees for Good Samaritan Ministries of Northeast Georgia, LLC. He is a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Gainesville.

Brian has 29 years of experience in public practice, serving clients in a broad range of industries: small business, medical, construction and transportation. He specializes in all areas of taxation and financial planning.

Professionally, Mr. Pierce is a member of the AICPA, Georgia Society of CPA’s and the AICPA Tax Section. Away from the office, he enjoys golfing and mountain biking with his son, traveling with his wife and coaching AAU girls basketball.
